Isaiah 1:18

When Sin Becomes White As Snow

To the extent that you understand who Jesus is, to that extent, you will know how powerful His blood is. It can wash away your sins; even when it looks like scarlet, it will look like snow.

No one can say, “I am too evil to be saved by God’s grace.” There is hope for everyone! God loves to magnify His grace by saving the worst of sinners when they come to Him.

Was Paul preaching a free pass to sin, as if God would wipe our sins under the carpet? No, but Paul understood that in the forgiveness of sins lies the power that sets us free, so we no longer want to sin.
Romans 6:1: “What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 2By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?”

Whoever comes to the end of themselves wants to get out of the darkness. The desire for something better and to not sin becomes overwhelming.

Peace comes with knowing that we are right with God because of the blood of Christ. Once you have tasted it, you want more of it.

Philippians 4:7: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

No newborn child of God relishes the taste of evil; it is lemons to the believer.

God is gracious to you and me. He wants to forgive. Whoever repents, He will forgive because a blood covenant is in place. See more Inscribed in Blood: Tracing Bible Covenants.

1 John 1:9: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
10If we claim we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar and His word is not in us.”
